Justin is a designer and programmer with particular interests in video design and special projects for performance.

Theatre and events have been my obsession for the past 25 years. I have carried extremely heavy cables across muddy fields, slept under steel deck after unloading it from trucks on the side of a mountain in Switzerland, ran across airports to catch the only plane leaving for some obscure part of the world, fallen from great heights and met my wife. Through it all, theatre has looked after me and I could not see myself doing anything else. I am now striving to integrate the use of emerging technologies into my lighting design practice. I am exploring ways in which the world of everyday experience can merge with highly conceptual visual aesthetics and stretch both my own understanding of representative interpretation, and hopefully go some way to distilling the mundanity of everyday experience into a way of viewing art and the world in all its complexity.
